Privacy policy

CertWorthIt collects no personal data from you on purpose: there are no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers on this site. This page explains the technical data a visit still creates and who handles it.

What a visit creates

When your browser loads a page, it sends your IP address, the page address, your browser's user-agent string and the time of the request. We need this to deliver the page and to protect the site from attacks and abusive bots (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) sits in front of the site as a content-delivery and security service. It processes these request details to deliver and protect the pages, under its data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU.
  • Our server (Contabo GmbH, a hosting provider, in France) delivers the files. It does not keep an access log of your visits.

We do not combine this data with anything else, and we do not use it to identify you.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's local storage.

Pages link to job-ad searches on Adzuna and to official certification pages. When you follow such a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to its processing and to complain to a data protection authority, in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Data Protection Inspectorate). Because we keep no visit logs, we usually hold no data that could identify you. Write to [email protected] with any question.

Changes

If the site adds email reports or other features that collect data, this policy will be updated before they go live, and the date above will change.
